Mico Aes Warranty Policy
At Mico Aes, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a comprehensive warranty to ensure your peace of mind. Our warranty policy covers Mico Aes machines but does not extend to consumable items such as gels and liquids.
Warranty Scope and Duration:
Mico Aes offers a 12-36 month warranty on our main machines and spare parts. This warranty period will be clearly stated in the individual product descriptions, with a standard warranty of 2 year unless specified otherwise. Please note that spare parts under warranty do not include consumables or disposables such as replacement bulbs. This warranty is not transferable unless with the express approval of our customer support team.
Main Machine Warranty:
We guarantee our main machines against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 1 to 3 years from the date of delivery. If a structural defect is identified and confirmed through provided visual evidence (clear video/photos), our approach to resolution will involve providing detailed repair instructions through videos or, in cases where it is deemed necessary by our technicians, arranging for the machine to be sent to our service center for repair.
Exceptions to Warranty Coverage:
The warranty described herein will be void if there is a lack of cooperation from the customer in providing the necessary information, such as photos or videos, when requested.
Spare Parts Warranty:
Our warranty also covers parts/accessories of your machine against defects for the duration of 1-3 years from the date of delivery. If a part, such as a handle, is found to be malfunctioning due to a structural defect and evidence is submitted and verified by a Mico Aes technician, we will replace the part/accessory at no additional cost.
Shipping Costs for Warranty Service:
For the initial 3 months of the warranty period, shipping costs for spare parts are covered by Mico Aes. After the first three months, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of any spare parts.
If the main machine requires repairs, Mico Aes will provide detailed repair instructions and support via video conferencing free of charge throughout the warranty period. If repair at our service center is necessary, the customer will bear the shipping and delivery costs.
Warranty Exclusions:
This warranty does not apply to:
- Damage or defects resulting from misuse or failure to follow the operating instructions
- Refusal or failure by the customer to provide evidence of the claimed defect or damage
- Product alterations or modifications
- Impact damage or damage caused by foreign objects
- Damage from the use of harmful chemicals
- Normal wear and tear from machine use
Post-Warranty Support:
Beyond the warranty period, Mico Aes remains committed to supporting our customers. We will continue to offer technical advice and provide needed replacement parts at a cost. We aim to ensure that your experience with our products is satisfactory throughout their life cycle.
