3. Technical Support Requirement
Our products are professional aesthetic devices and may require proper setup or parameter adjustment.

4. Non-Defective Refunds
For returns not related to product defects (e.g., change of mind or incorrect expectations):
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- A restocking fee of up to 20% will be deducted from the refund
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping and any customs duties are the customer’s responsibility
5. High-Value Orders
Due to the nature of professional equipment:
- Items with a value over $500 USD are generally not eligible for return once shipped
