By purchasing, the buyer acknowledges that:

  • Proper setup and parameter adjustment may be required
  • Initial troubleshooting may be necessary before determining whether a product is defective

📌 Professional-use devices are generally not eligible for return once used, unless a confirmed manufacturing defect is identified.


2. High-Value Orders

Due to the professional nature and logistics cost of our equipment:

  • Items with a value over $500 USD are generally not eligible for return once shipped

👉 However, in the case of confirmed defects, we will provide appropriate solutions, including repair, replacement, or other reasonable resolutions.


3. Mandatory Troubleshooting

Before any return or refund is approved, the customer agrees to:

  • Provide:
    • Clear video demonstrating the issue
    • Photos of the product and packaging
    • Order number

  • Setup guidance
  • Parameter adjustment support

4. Defective / DOA Products

If a product is confirmed to be defective after verification:

5. Non-Defective Returns
