To be eligible for a return:

  • You must submit your return request within 30 calendar days of receiving your item.
  • Consumables such as gels, liquids, tips, and cartridges are not returnable.
  • Items must be:
    • In 100% new, unused condition
    • In their original packaging, with no unboxing or signs of use
  • Items that do not meet these three conditions are not eligible for return.

Return Fees and Costs

  • Only the cost of the product/equipment is refundable.
  • All shipping and handling charges for the original delivery and return inspection are non-refundable.
  • A 20% return fee will be charged to cover these costs.
    • This fee must be paid via bank wire transfer before you receive return instructions.
    • Wire transfer details will be provided after your return is approved.
  • If the device has no problem, you need to handle all cost for shipping back to China, with tarrifs included.

Returned items will be carefully inspected. If the serial number on your returned product does not match the one in your return request photo, or if the item arrives damaged, used, or in an unsuitable condition, your refund will be denied, and the item will be returned to you at your cost.


When Will I Receive My Refund?

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, weโ€™ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment within approximately 15 business days.
